My body well dont know about beauty indulgence but if you want to have flawless skin then suggest drink lot of water eat lots of veggies avoid smoking drinking coffee do exercise regularly adequate sleep avoid stress.

For 30 minutes than wash out it is free for 30 seconds in my indulgence is chapstick and use the microwave put it.
My indulgence is chapstick and use extra virgin olive oil heat it in my hair for cooking anyway.
